Banks(important part of the market environment)
Banks are an important part of the market environment. They make it easier for you to move money from your bank account to your trade account. The traders' account and the bank account are tied. After making sure your bank account is real, brokers link these accounts.
Money from buybacks and dividends will also be sent to the main bank account. Your trading account, the Depository, the Registrar, and the transfer brokers (RTA) are all linked to your main bank account.
At this point, you should know that the three financial middle-men work with three different types of accounts: a trade account from your broker, a demat account from the depositary participant, and a bank account. All three accounts work online and are related to each other, so everything goes smoothly.
